Tom has been a psychologist for more than 20 years. Tom is a former Marine and did his graduate work in psychology at Temple University. He has done post-graduate work in theology with an emphasis in the integration of psychology and theology. He is certified as a Senior Fellow in biofeedback and EEG biofeedback by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America.

Tom is a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, the American Academy of Healthcare Providers in the Addictive Disorders, the International Society for the Study of Dissociation and the American Association of Christian Counselors. Tom has presented numerous workshops, lectures and speeches to national and international professional conferences and community organizations on a wide variety of topics and has appeared on regional and national television. He is known for his seminal work on the use of neurotherapy in the treatment of dissociative disorders and is co-author of “Neurotherapy in the Treatment of Dissociation,” Introduction to Quantitative EEG and Neurofeedback, Evans and Abarbanel, editors, Academic Press, 1999. Tom is listed in the 1993-94 Edition of Who’s Who in the World. |

Linda has been a member of the practice since 1982. Her graduate degree is from Kutztown University. She is certified in EEG biofeedback by the Biofeedback Certification Institute of America. |

Annelie L. Shultz, M.A., Psychotherapist Annelie has been an associate with the practice since 1992. A former high school teacher and college instructor, she received her graduate degree in counseling from Liberty University. She is certified in Reality Therapy and trained in trauma work using EMDR and DNMS. Annelie is a member of the William Glasser Institute and has presented at its international conventions. She has held local and regional workshops teaching Choice Theory for loss and grief management and stress management. New Life Institute invited her to participate as group counselor at the "Lose It For Life" Conference in 2003. Annelie is listed in the 2006 edition of the Who's Who of American Women. |

Neville Tomlinson, M.Div., MAR, Psychotherapist Neville has received two Master's degrees from the Evangelical School of Theology with a strong emphasis in marriage and family therapy, as well as the integration of psychology and theology. He has also completed extensive post-graduate work in cognitive-behavioral therapy at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. |

Donna L. Heidecker, B.A. Biofeedback Therapist Donna has been with the practice since 1992, after graduating from Kutztown University. She is the primary technician for QEEG testing in the practice, as well as a neurotherapist. She utilizes her years of experience in training therapists from around the country in the administration of QEEG testing.

Sarah is a certified peak performance specialist. She assists clients with peak performance, neurotherapy and heart rate variability independent training. She has a wide range of knowledge in computer hardware and software, especially in the area of neurofeedback machines and computer interfacing. |

Sarah has been a part of our practice for 17 years. As Office Manager, she is the first contact a new client has with our office. Sarah not only schedules new clients, based on each individual’s needs, but can also provide information about our office procedures, therapies and help with insurance questions. |

Leon provides administrative support for therapists and the office manager, including management of client appointment schedules, daily office finances, office communications (phones, letters, email), and various other business and facility needs. He is responsible for administering and scoring certain psychological and personality testing and assists in setting up and conducting BMA Neurofeedback Systems Workshops. Leon also provides backup support for various computer hardware and software needs. |
